All coming soon …
Strengths:
Our most obvious strength is our passion. We are a start up company and those seeking a ‘one hit wonder’ or ‘quick fix’ would likely opt for an already established company. The fact that we are starting from scratch suggests that our company members are dedicated to their profession and whilst believe in our unique concept, also have the passion and determination to put the work in in ensuring our visions are realised.
Our other strength also lies in out multi cultural collaboration which will play key in our Marketing campaign. With company members from a variety of countries, not only does this enhance our creative process through experimenting through cross cultural processes and visions it also allows us to enter the Marketing campaign form a unique angle where each company member will look to generate interest in their respective countries which – done right – provides our brand with the potential to become globally recognised over a short period of time.
Weaknesses:
The Arts is renowned for its competitive discipline. Whilst competition provides the foundations to getting the most out of someone, it can also act as a barrier for an emerging company to develop a new structure within it.
Given the competitiveness of both the Arts and the fast paced World of the internet, it will be crucial that we get the right balance of content generation vs promotion.
Our other weakness is that we are not at full capacity as of yet. We still have positions available within our company. Once these have been filled, we will then be able to fully concentrate on the content production and the delivery of such content as to maximise both our creative visions and financial gains.
Opportunities:
The internet World is huge and ever expanding. We believe that our system is the way forward for Arts companies and look to become the inspiration for many other Arts institutes to realise the potential that comes with the Internet (with key focus on social media) and how this is the key link between Business and the Arts in terms of generating new jobs and creating new ways to offer content and a competitive price if not free.
Threats:
Simply put, the Internet is huge. Whilst this provides ample opportunities, it also means that competition is going to increase. It also means that slight or company is opening itself to the World for criticism which could prove to be a distraction.
Saying this, we will look to ‘feed’ from the positives and address any constructive criticism as we feel his will be our opportunity to engage with our online audience and invite them to have a pro active role in our trial and error process as we continually look to improve our services and meet audience demands and expectations.
