At iSocialEyes, we want to create as many quality and sustainable arts based jobs as possible. These positions will require commitment, dedication and passion! These three values will play a key role in the expansion of iSocialEyes. With iSocialEyes expanding, it means we will have an increase in revenue. So, it is only fair that all our company members have a stake in our profits that is not only fair and sustainable but also directly proportionate to the success of iSocialEyes.
Where will our revenue come from …
-
Paid Online Advertising: This is where the majority of our revenue will come from! We will be offering offline advertising, however we do hope to become in a position to offer our offline spaces to up and coming artists / companies in return for their commitment to supporting this site by recommending people to join iSocialEyes.CO.UK
-
Ticket Sales: From our shows
-
Merchandise: Our long term plan is to have an online shop for where we will look at selling our merchandise
How will the revenue be distributed …
We are going to be building a company of 90 people. 50% of our total profit will be kept by the company to fund our projects, pay for company members’ transport & accommodation as well as develop other ideas as we look to expand.
45% of our total profit will be divided in 0.5% segments for each company member. The remaining 5% will be donated to our partnered Charity.
Please Note: The very nature of a profit share scheme means that employing additional staff will result in each company members’ profit share segment being reduced. We will only only do this if we feel employing additional staff will be of financial and creative benefit to iSocialEyes and its company members members whilst also encouraging a richer level of content generation for online and offline audience.
For example:
90 Company Members at 0.5% profit share each on £180,000 per month company revenue = £900 per month per company member.
If by employing 10 additional people, our monthly revenue was to increase to £250,000 per month …
100 Company Members at 0.45% profit share each on £250,000 per month company revenue = £1,125 per month per company member.
