Our Basic Aims

• To organise and maintain a socially aware artistic collective of passionate people willing to work hard and play hard involving communities wherever possible

• Establish long term paid jobs in the Arts that are neither limited nor exhaustable

• Ensure that our Art is as accessible as possible

• To redistribute wealth from big brand advertisers and back into good causes linked to the; Public, Private and Charitable sector

Art & Sport

Everyone should have the right to experience Art & Sport.  Whether we experience this as an audience member and / or spectator or a practitioner, it is undeniable that such participation enriches our own lives and the understanding of others and thus society. In the modern era, Arts & Sport is mainly governed by money interests meaning that many will miss out on such cultivating experiences.  Both as an audience member due to the high costs of tickets and as a practitioner as resources become scarce due to cuts and the mis distribution of wealth. At iSocialEyes, we believe that Art & Sport belongs to all and should be funded and managed in such a way so that Art & Sport becomes integrated into our lives from birth allowing us not only to discover and develop our own creative abilities for our own rewards but to mobilise us in sharing our passions with one and other as to enlighten and cultivate each other and thus provide an enhanced society. As we develop, it will be one of our aims to generate enough revenue through advertising so that we develop a position for ourselves whereby we will be able to subsidise our ticket prices so that our performances become enjoyed by the wider community.  It is our ultimate goal to eventually be able to provide complimentary performances through mutually beneficial deals between corporate interests and ourselves.

Education

Quite simply put, education is the backbone to society.  It is not enough to say that education will provide a happy future.  We need to ensure that this education is both accessible and cultivating.  One of our future aims is to be able to enter the educational community and provide complimentary performances that will not just cultivate but also encourage interaction among peers.  Interaction is a fundamental skill that is required in society.  The successful citizen is the one who knows how to deal with people.  Act and react accordingly in society.  This interaction will be brought online in a safe, moderated and appropriately managed manner that will enhance iSocialEyes’ profile allowing us to command higher fees from advertisers that will cover the cost of this project as well as mobilise us in ensuring that this structure can and will be a long term partnership between us and the educational sector.  We hope that one day, we will be able to liaise with the private sector so that children will be able to be apart of and experience culturally diverse events that will be funded or subsidised by advertisers.  At present, we cannot offer precise figures but we can say that the top 20% of earners in the World earn 86% of the World’s total wealth with the bottom 20% earning less than 1% of the World’s total wealth.  It is fair to say that there is a significant wealth divide.  The focus point here is that there is enough wealth at the top to be redistributed and this is our way of pulling in some of that money and giving it to those who are less fortunate.

Employment

Employment should be the essential aim of any Government.  Sadly, this does not seem to be the case in the UK at present.  With a double recession looking to be heading our way, it is obvious that the current system does not work.  We are developing, and will continue to develop, a system that will work in these very trying circumstances and aim to be leaders in creating innovative ways of not only generating jobs within the entertainment industry but also working with emerging brands in offering complimentary promotions across our disciplines that aims to increase their exposure and potentially sales where we hope this will offer them a solid customer database to work from and thus create jobs within their sector.

Gays and Lesbians 

Lesbians, Gay Men and Bisexuals are still treated as second rate citizens due to their sexual preferences and orientation.  iSocialEyes are committed to ensure that no company member will be subjected to any form of abuse (verbal or physical) from either their colleagues and / or members of public.  Homosexuals and Heterosexuals should be treated in the exact same way with neither party feeling ashamed of their orientation.

 Fair Pay

A massive scandal amongst society and this is not going to change for some time.  The widening gap between the rich and poor.  The richest 20% of the World’s population receive 86% of the World’s total wealth whilst the poorest 20% of the World’s population survive off just 1% of the World’s wealth.

At iSocialEyes, we are developing a system whereby the salaries of those involved are directly proportionate to the success of the company.  Furthermore, there is no limit for our company members.  Both in terms of financial rewards and career as we will always be pro active in developing positions.

Although this setup is my idea, it is the company who realises it and the company should be rewarded accordingly and fairly that reflects their efforts in the most honest and fairest of manners.

Youth

No section of society has suffered more than the young over the past 26 years.  The butchery of industries not only lead to job cuts but also abolishes trainee programmes; apprenticeships and scholarships to say the least.  Coupling this with the wave upon wave of attacks on the educational system, what hope do our youths have for the future? We are young ourselves and know the difficulties our youths face.  We face these ourselves every day and fight for what we want every day.  For this very reason, we aim, with your help, to be able to set up future academies whereby we will be able to create new jobs and deliver Scholarships that will give our youths hope for the future!

Performing is just one sector of the entertainment industry.  Yes we also have backstage crew and designers but what about the lesser associated jobs?  The entertainment industry needs Accountants, Solicitors, Marketing Officers, Administrators, Sales people etc.  The list is endless.

Summary

It has taken a while for us to set up and we are still setting up.  In fact, we will probably never be content and will always strive to take our system to the next level.

We are implementing a rarely used system which does come with many challenges.  One being that people assume that this is too good to be true which is understandable.

Through time, patience and a lot of work, we are confident that we will become successful in our aims of bridging the many gaps within society.  Naturally, this all comes down to you – Our members.  The best way to show your support for our projects is by leaving a comment below and spreading the word to family, friends, work colleagues etc.
