We have and are continuing to develop a system to challenge these cut backs. It is not going to be easy but with commitment, energy and passion we are excited about developing a company who really work as a team. This team ethos will be our foundations to developing more jobs in the Arts!
What is this system?
The redistribution of wealth! Simply put, we are taking money from big companies and using it to:

What do you mean taking money from big companies?
Well, we have a website and as you can see there are adverts placed around the pages. These adverts pay to advertise! The money we get from these adverts, we use to invest in the company and create paid jobs!
How many job positions are on offer?
90!
What is the salary?
We operate a profit share system which means the more successful our website and productions are the more we earn! The idea is that all company members are paid fairly and kept in proportion to the companies profits. None of this minimum wage for one person and a fat pay cheque for another!
Expected salary!
We have a conditional deal with our advertising agency. The more people we attract to our website, the more we will get paid from advertising.
The average reader visits 6 pages per visit here! Not bad given we have not even started with the content yet!
We want to hit a million members! Yes a million! Based on current statistics, as soon as we hit 1,000,000 members, each company member will be paid £5,000 per month!
What do I need to do to get £5,000 per month?
If you want it that bad, you will get it! We are working on a marketing strategy and it is going to work like this:

Each company member will go back to their home city and seek to set up an interview with their School, College, University – With 90 Company members from around the World, this is going to be a big PR campaign

To expand on our brand awareness, each of the 90 company members will approach their local media to set up interviews. Local newspapers, magazines, radio stations etc

Once we have hit our magic number (we need 56,000 members* / site visitors) before we can commence production, we will then start booking venues, setting up our reality TV series where our accrued fanbase will be entertained, informed and provided with Arts based content free of charge. Not to mention freebies and competitions supported by our advertisers. It will be our little way of saying thank you

The rest is history! As soon as we hit 56,000 site members / visitors, we will be in a position to generate even more content and competitions that will generate more interest and of course result in more revenue. The competitions will be geared towards encouraging our existing site members to invite their friends and family. Remember – The more members we get, the more freebies we can offer everyone!
Sneaky ways …
As well as boosting our site visitors through interviews, we will be rolling out a ‘You help us so we can help you’ scheme! We are offering small businesses / start up businesses free advertising at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. The sneaky bit being that these businesses join our site and for every member they successfully refer to the site, the more points they get that they can trade in for free advertising space. We have not decided on the exact dimensions yet but it will work something along the lines of:
1 point = 1cm of ad space which then can be used in its entirety as one ad slot or split up into several advertisements. Clever hey? Come and find out more by dropping us a message here …
A few other things to bear in mind
Being apart of iSocialEyes means being apart of its core structure. Providing content! If we can do it on stage and in front of the screen, we can do it online! At the end of the day, an audience is an audience and we should be both grateful and take full advantage of every opportunity … We are not planning on being one hit wonders and nor do our members. We are here for the whole Marathon!
With this said, this means that we will work with each company member to ensure that your content is as marketable as possible!
Remember: The more popular your content, the more you will earn! It really is that simple!
Opportunities
At the moment, we are reshuffling a bit! It is a lot of head work but all will be worth it in the end. As we have already stated, we do not work like most other Arts based companies. Do you like our vision? Feel at home with our Artistic Policy? Up for a challenge with our Mission Statement? Coe and say hello! Chances are, we will be able to generate a role for you within our company but do not worry if not! We will put you on our records and as soon as we are in a position to further expand, we will let you know and take it from there!
This said, we are currently looking for a PR team, Company Photographer and Videographer to work with one of our productions in creating PR material ranging from video interviews to photoshoots that will all be put together ready for the Schools, Colleges, Universities and local media brand awareness campaign.
